Kelly Ripa, co-host of Live with Kelly and Ryan, is arguably one of the hardest working women on daytime television. Over the last few years of her career, she’s won not one, not two, but five (!!!) Daytime Entertainment Emmys, all while raising three kids with her hubby, Riverdale star Mark Consuelos, and sticking to a crazy impressive wellness routine.
She works out four to five days a week for 60 to 90-minutes, and makes it a priority to get restorative sleep. But as a self-proclaimed “sleep struggler” and “light sleeper,” getting a good night’s rest doesn’t always come easy. “I found that this year Mark took up snoring as a hobby,” Ripa tells WomensHealthMag.com.
