To maintain her famous curves she works out three to five times a week and reportedly puts in several hours a day of dance practice, often in heels. 

‘I’ll put on a song and do [bicep] curls with 5lb weights [for] the whole song,’ she has said.

WHAT TO TRY

– The quadruped hip extension tones the gluteal muscles for a shapely behind. 

– Get on all fours with hands under your shoulders, knees under hips, with back flat. 

– Raise a leg behind you, keeping your knee at 90 degrees, until the sole of your foot faces the ceiling. 

– Push upwards 50 times with regular pulses. 

– Lower back to the start position and repeat on the other leg.
