This Diwali, let your little one display their creativity by trying their hand at some craft work. Decorating diyas, preparing wall-hangings, designing walls are some of the great ideas to keep your little one engaged. Here are some ideas for interesting DIY crafts for Diwali that you can enjoy with your child.
Decorating earthen pots
Earthen pots or diyas look extremely inviting with mirrors and glitter on them. Ornamenting your home will add an urban touch to your little paradise. Make sure your kids use organic colours and glitter which do not irritate their skin.
Wall-hangings
Decorated walls look breathtaking during Diwali and even otherwise. It adds life to the home. You can buy some decorative material to prepare wall hangings, such as glitter paper, disposable paper cups, ice-cream sticks, etc, for the same. String them up as festoons or just pin them up.
