Miley Cyrus is gearing up for her Super Bowl LV pre-game performance during the NFL TikTok Tailgate in Tampa this Sunday, Feb. 7, and gave her Instagram followers a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her performance outfit. The singer’s two-piece ensemble features a bright pink tank with the letters “FTW” (meaning “for the win”) embossed on the front, paired with a tiny pair of black bottoms—both of which show off her super toned abs and butt.
“MILEY: FOR THE WIN! ??☠️ Join the tailgate at 2:30 PM ET FEBRUARY 7 on @TikTok! #SBLV,” the “Midnight Sky” songstress captioned the video.
While fans are undoubtedly excited about the “Prisoner” singer’s performance, they also couldn’t help but notice how fit she looks in the vid. “Body ody ody ody,” Derek Blasberg, Head of Fashion and Beauty at YouTube commented. “SERVEEEEE ?,” wrote another person, while still another added, “YOU LOOK AMAZING.”

So, how did Miley get that body-ody-ody-ody? Well, the actress is a longtime yogi—she practices ashtanga, a physically demanding style of yoga that helps build core strength and flexibility, six days a week, according to Women’s Health Australia.
The former Voice judge also told Jimmy Fallon: “The thing about Ashtanga yoga is that sometimes it can be really uninspiring because the teacher will say, ‘Oh, don’t worry that’s just going to take you 10 years [to get], and you’re like ‘Wait, what?'”

She’s also been a Pilates fan since 2013, when she began to take classes several times a week. She would train with L.A.-based Pilates teacher Mari Winsor, who told People that their sessions lasted half an hour, at least, and focused on abs and legs. “You have to learn how to not just tighten up your tummy but actually pull your tummy in to your lower back as much as you can,” she said. “Just doing 40 crunches a day isn’t gonna do it for you.”
And although she used to follow a vegan diet, Miley doesn’t anymore. The pop star said she followed “the strictest [vegan diet] you’ve ever known” from 2013 to 2019, but shared on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast last year that she had given it up. “I was vegan for a very long time, and I’ve had to introduce fish and omegas into my life because my brain wasn’t functioning properly,” she said. “Now I’m so much sharper than I was and I think that I was, at one point, pretty malnutritioned.”
