Huda Beauty is on fire. This month alone, the brand has launched a new matte primer, teased a brand new eye shadow palette, and dropped new demi matte lipsticks. Now, Mona Kattan just announced Huda Beauty is launching its very first fragrance.
Earlier this week, Mona — who, aside from being Huda's sister and the other half of the mega-brand — is a perfume fanatic with her very own #perfumeprincess hashtag. She revealed on Instagram that the sisters’ brand is finally getting into the fragrance game. “It’s official guys!! We’re launching our own fragrance!! Years in the making! I’ve been dying to share this with you all!” she wrote on Instagram. With the exciting news, she shared a video clip from this week’s episode of Huda’s Facebook Watch series called Huda Boss.
Amongst the drama (sisters fight, natch), Mona reveals she came up with the idea to create a perfume for Huda Beauty. “Check out the latest episode of @hudaboss for more behind the scenes!!! ???????? #perfumeprincess ♥️?♀️ I can’t wait to share this with you all!!! We’ve put our hearts into this! Stay tuned for more details!!” Mona wrote.

The clip also shares some BTS footage that gives a big hint as to what the fragrance will smell like. While touring the fragrance factory, we get a glimpse of a massive vat of rose petals. As Harper’s Bazaar reports, the Huda Boss episode seems to confirm that the new fragrance will smell like a rose garden. Mona tours Grasse, France, which is known for being the fragrance capital of the world due to its richness of soil and optimal growth conditions for rose and jasmine gardens.
No word yet on when the new fragrance will drop but given that Huda Beauty is a brand built by spilling the tea on social media, we can bet there will be more details soon.
