WHAT TO TRY
– The quadruped hip extension tones the gluteal muscles for a shapely behind.
– Get on all fours with hands under your shoulders, knees under hips, with back flat.
– Raise a leg behind you, keeping your knee at 90 degrees, until the sole of your foot faces the ceiling.
– Push upwards 50 times with regular pulses.
– Lower back to the start position and repeat on the other leg.
