Tom Brady Revealed the Sport His 15-Year-Old Son Jack Can’t Beat Him In — & It’s Not Football

Football may be in his genes, but Tom Brady’s 15-year-old son John “Jack” Edward Thomas is focused on a totally different sport right now. The retired NFL quarterback posted about the one sport his teen son can’t seem to beat him in, and it might surprise you.

“Growing up too fast Jackie,” Brady wrote on his Instagram Stories on Sunday, per PEOPLE. “But … still looking for the first ? win against me ???.”

It seems like Jack is more passionate about basketball than football — but unfortunately for him, his dad is still amazing at that sport, too!

Brady also shared a selfie with his soon, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan. In the picture, Brady and Jack both have long, messy brown hair and identical smiles.

Earlier this month, Brady opened up to PEOPLE about his son’s interest in basketball and football.

“Yeah, he played [football] this last year and I don’t even know if he’s going to play next year,” he told the outlet. “And to be honest, whatever he chooses, I’ll be very happy. But he loves lacrosse…basketball’s probably his favorite sport, but he’s a very good student.”

It seems like Brady is supportive of his son no matter what sport (or anything else) he chooses to do in the future.

“Again, I think wherever he ends up finding the path, I think for me and his mom just to support that is the best thing possible,” he added.

Brady is also dad to 13-year-old son Ben and 10-year-old daughter Vivian with ex-wife Gisele Bündchen. He took all three kids to the ocean today and posted about it on his Instagram Stories.

“J B and V ❤️❤️❤️,” he wrote on a picture of the three kids riding boogie boards hooked up to the back of a boat. He added, “Not sure if this is good parenting or bad ???.”

He shared another video of all three kids jumping off the side of the boat into the water, writing, “Def def good parenting ❤️❤️❤️???.”

It seems like they are all enjoying summer break with their dad!
