Innovative Partnership with Baby Doge and the ASPCA to Take Flight in 2022

We’re excited to announce that the ASPCA will partner with Baby Doge, a mission founded cryptocurrency, to fund lifesaving flights to transport homeless animals. Baby Doge will be our first brand partner to fund animal flights and will sponsor several animal-transport flights throughout 2022, recognizing that these flights are an integral part of the ASPCA Animal Relocation Program. The program moves homeless pets from overcrowded shelters to areas where there is a greater demand for adoptable animals. These lifesaving flights also enable the ASPCA to remove animals from harm’s way during our disaster response efforts following devastating natural disasters like hurricanes, tornadoes or wildfires.

“We are thrilled to partner with the ASPCA, the longest-standing animal welfare organization in North America and the largest national transporter of animals in the U.S., said Mike Watson, Director of Partnerships at Baby Doge.  “We strongly believe cryptocurrency has the potential to give animal rescue organizations access to additional sources of funding in 2022 & beyond as partnerships such as this become more commonplace. Baby Doge is excited to work with the ASPCA on this life-saving program and give pets more opportunities to find their future families where they can live a healthy, happy life.”

Each Baby Doge-funded rescue will have the Baby Doge logo emblazoned on the aircraft, so you may look up and see Baby Doge’s adorable face smiling down at you from one of our lifesaving flights!

While this partnership doesn’t officially begin until the new year, inspired by the spirit of the giving season, Baby Doge will also be matching donations up to $50,000 through a social media campaign on our Instagram from Monday, December 20, to Friday, December 31! Be sure to check back in for your chance to make a BIG difference for animals in need.
