The Kardashian family makes the press whenever they get a haircut or new hair color. And Penelope Disick, Kourtney Kadashian and Scott Disick’s 5-year-old daughter, is no exception!
She was photographed with pinkish-purple hued hair last week while out with her mom and older brother, Mason.
It’s not clear whether Penelope’s colourful ombre hair is the result of permanent dye or if it’s a form of temporary colour. The Daily Mail reports that it appears to be temporary hair chalk, but people still left their frank commentary on the article, writing comments such as: “Hopefully it’s the wash out type kid dye,” and “Don’t dye your kids hair.”
Another added: “I really hope that is fake hair dye on that little girl.”
This isn’t the first time Kourtney has faced controversy for her parenting decisions. She was slammed on social media earlier this year for her Instagram of her kids sitting on the hood of her car, as well as her picture of daughter Penelope appearing to wear a lip ring. And last year, her daughter and Kim Kardashian West’s daughter North raised a stir when they wore hair extensions on a family vacation, per People.
